Ramesh is a hard working and honest man, who is employed at Mr. Verma’s company. Not trusting his own relatives, Mr. Verma gives the responsibility of looking after the business affairs to Ramesh, who handles everything smoothly and also points out frauds. The relatives are furious about this and want to get Ramesh out of their way. Meanwhile Ramesh and Mr. Verma’s daughter Nisha fall in love. Everything goes well and peaceful until Verma sees Ramesh cheating on Nisha and has him removed from the company. That night things take a drastic turn when Verma is murdered and the evidence points to Ramesh. Ramesh is imprisoned and there he meets Gangu, his look-a- like. They both join forces to find out the truth and teach the real culprits a lesson. The film is directed by K Bapaiah and produced by G Hanumantha Rao. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri.
