Megha is a pretty girl studying in a college where Akash, Vinod and Prakash too study. They all three are madly in love with her and will do anything to get married to her. Akash and Vinod are both from wealthy families and have all the luxuries in the world. Although Akash’s father doesn’t want a middle class daughter-in-law, Vinod can get anything he wants with his money. Meghna now knows of her admirers and has to decide who she wants to spend the rest of her life with.

The screenplay is written by Achala Nagar, while the cinematography is by Pratap Sinha.
