Mehrban is an Emotional-Romantic Family Tragedy Drama Film crafted with excellence by A. Bhimsingh. The Story revolves around the life of Shanti (played by Ashok Kumar)- A Wealthy Businessman living with His Wife Parvati (played by Sulochana Latkar) and three sons- Ram, Shyam, and Sunder and her daughter Geeta. Kanhaiya (played by Sunil Dutt)- A Dedicated servant always stays for him at any time. His sons get married and even Geeta's marriage is arranged with Lala Karamchand (played by Raj Mehra) Son- Ramesh. Things get complicated- when Shanti loses his business ad caused him bed-ridden, leading Karamchand to take over his properties and in trouble for Shanti.
