Amar Singh is a wealthy man who has become the heir to the vast property and princely estates left by his late father. His father however, remarried a cruel and cunning woman named Ranima, who is greedy for riches and is embezzling the wealth left right and center. When Ranima comes to know that Amar is coming in the way of her evil plans, she has him killed in a car bomb. Her brother Dhartiprasad, is now managing things with her but soon differences appear between the two and Ranima demands that he leave her estate.
Dhartiprasad is now homeless, desolate and takes to alcohol. One day he comes across a man named Amru who is the identical look-a-like of the dead Amar Singh. He etches a plan to get Amru in place of Amar and convinces everyone that he somehow survived the attack and is the real prince. Amru on the other hand has an ulterior motive of his own and wants to get rich without giving his share to anyone else. The film is directed by Ajay Kashyap and produced by Bobby Raj.
