Raj Narayan runs a successful industry with his business partner Jagmohan. They have equal share in the business and work hard to keep things going. Jagmohan’s son Ashok however has no interest in the business and wants to be a dancer while his daughter Anita is in love with a boxer named Vinod, whose brother Dinesh is the union leader of her dad’s company. Narayan’s son Shakti is a boxer too but has some vices and is into illegal drugs trading along with a friend named Gopal. Shakti is also conniving and wants to take Jagmohan’s share of the business and also marry his daughter. One day however Dinesh is murdered and Ashok is blamed for the murder.
The film is directed by Anil Ganguly and produced by A Jaffary. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri. The star cast includes Mithun Chakraborty, Rakesh Roshan, Zarina Wahab, Bindiya Goswami, Andhernda Bose and Devan Verma.
