Natasha, played by Karisma Kapoor owns a big music company in Canada. Vicky, played by Akshay Kumar who is an aspiring singer gets his big break through her company. However, little does Vicky know that Natasha has ulterior motives. She used to study with Vicky in the same college and was besotted by him since then. Vicky is in love with Anjali, played by Ameesha Patel. Natasha’s father dies in an accident and she has been alone since. One night Natasha invites Vicky to her house where they spend a night of passion together. Horrified by his actions, Vicky quickly leaves and tells her that it was a huge mistake as he loves Anjali.
Back home Vicky proposes to Anjali and she accepts. Learning that Vicky and Anjali are engaged, infuriates Natasha and she tries to kill herself but Vicky saves her. She later get a bomb planted in Vicky’s car. By now her obsession for Vicky has turned violent and dangerous. Anjali then learns the truth from him and meets Natasha and explains to her that they both have always loved each other. Later Natasha kills herself, leaving a note for the couple that she will always love Vicky.
The movie is directed and produced by Suneel Darshan and Suraj Prakash. The music is composed by Nadeem-Shravan.
