Vijay Kumar, played by Sanjay Kapoor is unemployed and struggles to make ends meet. He however, is happy go lucky and doesn’t get tensed about anything. He is infact looking for his dream girl who he would like to marry soon. His father however has already great plans for him and wants him to marry his friend’s daughter Vandana. While attending a wedding, Vijay sees a beautiful girl called Sapna, played by Urmila Matondkar and falls in love with her. He decides this is the girl he has been waiting for.
Meanwhile Bobby, is an ardent admirer of Sapna as well. He will not let anyone else have her and is ready to do anything to get her in his life. Vijay meanwhile will have to explain to his father that he loves another girl and will not marry Vandana. The movie is directed by K Raghvendra Rao and produced by C Aswini Dutt. The star cast includes Anupam Kher, Satish Shah, Satish Kaushik, Shakti Kapoor, Laxmikant Berde, Satyen Kappu, Asrani, Rakesh Bedi, Manmoujee, Dina Pathak, Himani Shivpuri, Nandana Ghai, Shalu Kashyap, Anita and Paintal.
