Miss 420, played by Sheeba, is assigned the job of carrying some important documents but on the way the convoy is attacked and not only are the secret documents stolen but also the agent Miss 420 is killed. Meanwhile another girl who looks exactly like Miss 420 is seen in Mumbai. Her name is Anamika and her brother Arvind is a crime reporter. One day when he is investigating a fraud and recording it, he is caught and during the chase loses his balance and leaps to his death. Meanwhile Anamika comes to Goa and is worried that her brother didn’t show up.
Meanwhile, two detective report seeing Miss 420, who is presumed dead. The detective now need the camera roll that Arvind had used but it is missing. Fortunately Arvind is found alive but has lost his memory. It is to be seen if Miss 420 was really dead or Anamika is Miss 420. The movie is directed and produced by Akashdeep. The star cast includes Baba Sehgal, Sheeba, Mohan Joshi, Tinnu Anand, Goga Kapoor, Aroon Bakshi, Mahesh Anand, Johnny Lever, Anant Mahadevan, Aasif Shaikh, Jeet Upendra, Mushtaq Khan, Shakti Kapoor and Amita Nangia. The music is composed by Anu Malik and the lyrics are written by Dev Kohli, Indeevar, M G Hashmat and Rani Malik.
