Abdul is living a very merger life as a truck driver and is fed up of it. Financial and other social problems have led him into alcoholism and severe depression. He is thus contemplating committing suicide to end his life. Another kind truck driver feels concerned for Abdul and tries to help him. He shows Abdul a newspaper ad where it offers help for suicidal youths. He finds out the address and goes to the countryside to check what the place is all about. He finds the place and also meets four other people who come there for help. One is Maya who has been molested and hates men, a printing press employee named Prakash, and two other men.
The five of them then meet the person who placed the newspaper ad, a wheelchair bound man named Vishwas and his assistant Vasu. Turns out that the two and escaped convicts who have some sinister plans for their patients. The movie is directed by Raghuvir Kul and produced by Appa Dandekar. The music is composed by Vanraj Bhatia and the story is written by Raghuvir Kul. The cinematography is by Ishan Arya. The star cast includes Nana Patekar, Madhuri Dixit, Sadashiv Amrapurkar, Anupam Kher and Alok Nath.
