The story of Money Hai Toh Honey Hai, revolves around six people who are up to no good in life. They are struggling through the silliest of things and are yet aiming for the stars. Their life goes on a double rollercoaster when one fine day they get an SMS from a man who claims that each of them are now the owners of a Rs 1000 Crore company, which they have to run and maintain by themselves.
The six people include Bobby, played by Govinda who lives by his own terms and now wants to prove that he can achieve a lot. Lallabhai, played by Manoj Bajpayee who after wining Rs 1 Crore lottery loses it all in a business venture. Gaurav, played by Aftab Shivdasani, who gets fired from his copy writing job. Manik, played by Upen Patel, who is dating a middle aged woman, Ashima, played by Hansika Motwani who isnt happy with her successful TV career and wants to enter films and Shruti, played by Celina Jaitley, who is struggling with her career as a dress designer.
They all arrive to get hold of the company business but are shocked to know that there is also a loan of Rs 1200 Crores that has to be first paid off, for them to enjoy the luxuries. The group is now in a dilemma and hatch a plan to get rid of their problems. The movie is directed by Ganesh Acharya and produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak. The music is composed by Nitz ‘N’ Sony.
