12 year old Chotu witnesses the death of his parents and his sister’s suicide. He promises his dying parents that he will fight against the injustice and take revenge. But he is too small and fragile. He however does not give up hope and works hard and makes himself strong. He thus makes himself capable to fight any hooligan by his tact and cleverness and keeps the promise made to his parents. The film is directed by Raveekant Nagaich and produced by Rakesh. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri. The star cast includes Ravi Behi, Mahindra, Aruna, Ganesh, Thomas Lee, Chandrashekhar, Jagdeep, Shakti Kapoor, Suresh Oberoi and Jayshree T.
