Rohan Sood, played by Ruslaan Mumtaz, is a wealthy and spoilt brat living in Delhi with his parents. He attends the St. Lawrence High School with his close friends Javed, Sudhir and Vasu. The four boys are always up to some mischief or the other. Rohan one day notices a new student in school by the name Ayesha Mehra, who is beautiful and he is instantly attracted to her. Ayesha has come from London and belongs to a rich family. They both meet and become friends and start dating. But due to false rumors spread about them dating other people, their relationship sours and they split.
Ayesha’s parents decide to take her to Paris to meet their friends and their son Tony. Rohan comes to know that Tony likes Ayesha and thus follows her to Paris by forging school documents and buying ticket with his dad’s credit card. On reaching Paris, Rohan is unable to find Ayesha and lands in trouble with the law. Now Rohan has to win his lady love back by proving his loyalty and also convince his parents what he did was right.
