Anand Verma loses his wife and is left to take care of their new born son. One day a woman out of nowhere is brought to the hospital. After recuperating it turns out she has lost her memory. The doctor tells her that Anand is her husband and his son is her child, he also names her Asha. She insists that she doesn’t remember a thing. Reluctantly she accepts this situation and starts to live with Anand. Soon she gets attached with the child as well as falls in love with Anand. He however knows the truth and thus gets annoyed with her wifely behavior. Soon she comes to know the truth and Anand asks her to leave the house but she refuses and says that she would like to live with them forever.
On their wedding day Asha regains her memory of how she was to wed her lover Ajay but some goons attack them and she fell off a cliff hurting her head and losing her memory. Anand then asks her to marry Ajay but she later refuses and asks Anand to marry her. The movie is directed by K Bhagyaraj and produced by Nandu G Tolani. The music is composed by Anand Milind. The star cast includes Anil Kapoor, Sridevi, Anupam Kher, Shakti Kapoor, Avtar Gill, Shammi, Mahavir Shah, Tiku Talsania, Nagarjuna, Heera Rajgopal and Damini.
