Arun Verma lives in a rented villa with a bunch of orphaned children. He loves them to bits and even with his limited resouces he finds ways to provide for them. Meanwhile Mogambo, an evil and cunning retired Army officer wants to invade India and conquer it. He asks his men to get the villa where Arun stays so he can clear the place for his ulterior motives. So the house owner makes him pay the full unpaid rent or leave. Arun then meets Seema at a news agency and makes her a paying guest. He initially dislikes the kids but soon begins to love them. Meanwhile Arun’s father was a great scientist and has built a watch that can make a person invisible.
Dr. Sinha tells Arun about it as he comes to know there is a threat to his life. Arun then finds the watch at his house and uses it to become invisible and fight the evil forces of Mogambo. He calls himself ‘Mr India’. Seema is rescued many times by Mr. India and falls in love with him. Soon they join forces to kill Mogambo and end his rein of terror forever. The film is directed by Shekhar Kapur and produced by Boney Kapoor. The music is composed by Laxmikant Pyarelal. The star cast includes Anil KApoor, Sridevi, Amrish Puri, Sharat Saxena, Bob Christo, Ashok Kumar and Satish Kaushik.
