The story of this movie revolves around a scrap dealer aka Kabaadiwala who becomes rich and influential overnight. His unexpected wealth comes as a huge surprise for him, nonetheless, he decides to make the most of it. He thus decides to change his lifestyle and attire to look more like a millionaire to match other wealthy people. He then tries to change his accent and mannerisms to adapt to his growing business. He however has no wish to let his new high profile friends know about his past and how he got all his new wealth. The movie is directed by Seema Kapoor and produced by Anup Jalota,Dinesh Gupta, Rakesh Gupta and Om Chhangan.
The music is composed by Vishal, Ali Ghani and Raaj Prakash. The film’s story and screenplay is written by Seema Kapoor. The cinematography is by Veejay P Varude.
