Kailash, orphaned at the tender age of 12 lives with his ruthless relatives who have no regard for him and ends up on the streets where he feels safer. He is then picked up by the cops and thrown in jail at 18 and asked to either be there for the rest of his life or work as an informant for the police. Kailash accepts the latter choice and begins a journey of risk and struggle. He is given a new identity of Vinayak Deviprasad Marathe. He infiltrates into the gang of the Andhra Pradesh Naxalites and gets the leader killed.
The police then set up Kailash to get inside the gang of Mammu and give important information about them. He does exactly that and befriends Mammu’s step-son Biju. Later an Egyptian based Mafia offers the police Rs 30 Lakhs to reveal the name of the informant. The cops who have never even dreamt of having such a big amount starts thinking of new possibilities. Kailash entered into this fully knowing the dangers, and now its time for those dangers to come to the fore.
The movie is directed by Mani Shankar and produced by Sudhish Rambottla. The music is composed by Kartik Raja, Pritam Chakraborty, Shashi Pritam and Sandeep Chowta.
