Munda Hi Chahida' tells the story of Dharminder, a guy who lives with his father and grandmother, three sisters, and two daughters. He is eagerly hoping for a boy with his next child. He feels smothered by all of the women in his house and all around him. In a frantic attempt to fulfil his goal, he gets superstitious and seeks the advice of a local Sadhu, who advises him to pose as a pregnant father. Dharminder's effort to overcome his selfishness and rigidity is the subject of the story.
