Lucky, played by Anil Kapoor has been a criminal most of his life and now he decides to finally retire with his girlfriend Lara, played by Koena Mitra. Unfortunately he crosses paths with the notorious don Billa, played by Sanjay Dutt, from whom he steals 2.5 million. Billa tracks him down but Lucky strikes a good deal and goes to Goa. One night he happens to meet a bar dancer Sam, played by Sameera Reddy and follows her. When her car breaks down he gives her a lift only to be taken back home by her husband Lukka, played by Mahesh Manjrekar.
Sam later arrives at the hotel Lucky is staying but soon their meeting is disrupted when a police inspector barges in. Lucky hides the bag full of money in a unknown car but the driver drives off. The money reaches Billa and he hides this fact from Lucky. Meanwhile Lukka wants Sam killed and Sam wants Lukka killed both the deals are at a price of Rs 2.5 million. However Lucky later realizes he has fallen in love with Sam. Billa’s brother however has taken Sam as hostage and demands for the money that is no where to be found.
Later Billa lets Sam and Lucky both go unharmed and also drops the bag of money for them. The movie is directed and produced by Sanjay Gupta. The music is composed by Vishal-Shekhar. The cinematography is by P.S Vinod.
