Suraj is brought up by his police officer dad Sangram, mom and sister Chutki. Suraj too joins the police force and later his uncle JAspal comes to stay with them. Meanwhile Chutki’s marriage is fixed but her to-be father-in-law asks Sangram to get Jaspal out of the house. He however refuses to do so but Jaspal one day quietly leaves the house on his own accord. The marriage is however cancelled. Suraj one day meets and falls in love with a girl named Vanisha. Turns out that the latter is plotting to kill him. Things get even more complicated when Suraj finds out that Sangram isn’t his real father.
The film is directed by Ajay Kashyap and produced by B P Verma. The music is composed by Anu Malik and the story is written by Tinu Anand. The film’s star cast includes Sanjay Dutt,Shashi Kapoor, Amrita Singh, Kader Khan, Suresh Oberoi, Mahinder Verma, Nirupa Roy and Priya Tendulkar.
