Ravi is a honest and hard working man. He lives in a shabby cheap hotel owned by Sheiku Dada and pays his college fees through the money orders he receives monthly from his father. All seems to go well until he gets news of his father’s passing. With no money and no job to make any money, Ravi is in a fix. Meanwhile for non payment of the room rent, Sheiku is on the verge of throwing him out but changes his mind. He decides to pay him the remainder of his college fees hoping that he will repay him. Sheiku gets him a job with the wealthy Jagganath. Meanwhile Ravi and Jagannath’s daughter Sonia fall in love and get married. Sheiku sees that Ravi is now successful and comes by to take his dues. Sonia and her father have had enough of his involvement in their lives and want his relationship with Ravi to end. The film is directed by Dilip Naik and produced by Yash Chopra.
