Gynecologist Radha returns to her own home with her father, where Bappu, a truck driver, now unjustly resides. After kicking Bappu out of the house, Radha opens a pharmacy there. Bappu, an orphan who was raised in a Ponnani Muslim orphanage, is a minor goon but has a kind heart.
