Sophia, played by Urvashi Sharma lives in Goa and soon after being stalked, moves to Dubai. There she meets wealthy business tycoon Karan, played Bobby Deol. He falls in love with her and proposes to her and she accepts. Just before her marriage she meets Vicky, played by Akshaye Khanna and is attracted to him and runs off from the alter. This causes huge humiliation for Karan and he takes his own life. Sophia blames herself for Karan’s death and also blames Vicky.
In a bizarre turn of events, it is revealed that Vicky was hired to make a film on Sophia’s life by a director called Rohit, who is actually Karan. Karan faked his death to make the movie look more interesting. He then clicks intimate picture of Sophia and Vicky together and threaten to expose them if they don’t go along with his film plan. Eventually Karan is shot dead by Vicky and makes it look like an accident. All of Karan’s wealth then goes to Sophia who marries Vicky.
The movie is directed by Abbas-Mustan and produced by Ramesh Taurani and Kumar Taurani. The music is composed by Pritam. The cinematography is by Rabi Yadav.
