Pratap Rai is a milliaonare and his only son Vicky has all the luxuries in the world but is yet not happy. He gets nightmares every night and is unable to get sound sleep. Police commissioner Sahay’s daughter Pinky loves Vicky a lot but he is oblivious to that and cannot reciprocate her love due to the worries in his life. Meanwhile Vicky one day sees a drama where a girl Ravina is performing with Rocky. He starts having sweet dreams about her and falls asleep. Now Vicky thinks that Ravina is the cure for his sleep problems and wants her at any cost. Rocky however keeps interrupting Vicky everytime and this infuriates him. Rocky meanwhile has a horrible accident and loses his eyesight.
When Vicky goes to help Rocky and reaches his house he finds Ravina there and get furious. He then leaves in anger and has an accident that leads his death. His father gets his last message that reads “I donate my eyes to Rocky”. Thanks to Vicky, Rocky can finally see and meets a beautiful girl called Bansri. The movie is directed by Rajesh Bhatt and produced by V K Phandev. The music is composed by Dilip Sen and SameerSen and the lyrics are written by Maya Govind and Nawab Arzoo. The star cast includes Sujit Pandher, Ajeet, Kasturi, Amulya, Laxmikant Berde, Mohan Joshi, Mukesh Khanna, Rana Jung Bahadur, Manasvi Singh and Pushpa Verma.
