Jimmy, played by Saif Ali Khan and Johny, played by Sanjay Dutt are two small time goons who are up to no good and keep ending up in jail. That’s where they initially meet each other in jail. Meanwhile a hotel manager Ballu, played by Shakti Kapoor manages to embezzle his company’s Rs 30 Crores. Jimmy and Johny learn about this money and decide to steal it. They thus start working at the hotel as waiters, waiting for the perfect chance to con Ballu, but unfortunately he gets murdered.
They try to make it look like Ballu is still alive and desperately look for his killer. Meanwhile Johny meets Ballu’s neice Puja, played by Bipasha Basu and jimmy meets her friend, played by Kim Sharma. They both fall in love with the two girls. They then find the killers as well as a map leading to the money. The duo take the money from the three gangsters and hide it. They then kidnap Puja and ask for the money, but the police arrives just in time to arrest them and the two couples get married and live happily ever after.
The movie is directed by Ajay Chandhok and produced by Mahendra Dhariwal. The music is composed by Anand Raj Anand, Daboo Malik, Pritam and Nitn Shankar.
