After exposing the wrongdoings of two corrupt politicians, Vijay Kumar, a journalist from Delhi, is severely attacked and imprisoned. His injuries leave him partially crippled. Desbandhu Sharma and Kendriya Mantri Shankar Babu, two politicians, work to prevent his pardon. He does finish his term and launches his own publication, "New Delhi Diary," with the help of his Keralite girlfriend, Maria Fernandez. He only uses material that his ace reporter Vishwanath sends to him. Then, one by one, the wrongdoers begin dying terrible deaths, which raises suspicion among his workers and his sister, Uma, who decides to look into Vijay's past and who the enigmatic Vishwanath truly is.
