It is a drama film inspired from the American Beauty in 1999 & Anokha Rishta 1986. Ritu’s (Shraddha Arya) parents Vijay (Amitabh Bachchan) & Amrita (Revathi) live in a beautiful picturesque home. He is a photographer, she a home maker. Ritu wants to bring her friend Jia (Jiah Khan) to spend her holidays to her home. Jia’s parents are divorced.
Jia gets close to Vijay and her innocence grows into infatuation, Ritu sees her father kissing Jia and wants her out of the house though she does not tell her mom about it. Shridhar(Nassar, Amrita’s brother realises that there is something going on between Vijay & Jia, questions him.
Vijay confesses to Amrita and she is totally shattered. Sridhar makes Vijay understand the consequences. Jia is immediately asked to leave the house. Ritu and Amrita lose faith in Vijay.
