Kishen, played by Anil Kapoor is married to Kaajal, played by Lara Dutta, who is extremely suspicious of him and constantly thinks he is having an affair with another woman, even though he is very loyal to her. On the other hand Kishen’s friend Prem, played by Salman Khan is promiscuous to his wife Pooja, played by Esha Deol but she trusts him completely. Their friend and Kishen’s employee Shekhar, played by Fardeen Khan is in love with Sanjana, played by Celina Jaitley. Kishen is upset with Prem’s philandering ways and takes pictures of him with his girlfriend. He threatens to show it to Pooja. That’s when Prem introduces Kishen to Bobby, played by Bipasha Basu, who is an attractive escort.

Prem asks Bobby to seduce Kishen, and the plan works. Kishen meets Bobby at his out house while Kaajal is left for Ajmer. Unfortunately she forgets her tickets and comes back and finds Bobby there. The outhouse was given to Shekhar as a temporary accommodation, thus Kishen tells Kaajal that Bobby is Shekhar’s wife. Shekhar tells Sanjana that Bobby is Kishen’s wife. Prem seeing the confusion tells Sanjana and Kaajal that Bobby is his second wife. Things get complicated when Pooja finds out the truth.

The movie is directed by Annes Bazmee and produced by Boney Kapoor. The music is composed by Anu Malik. The cinematography is by Ashok Mehta and Arvind Soni.
