The title means Ok Darling and is directed by Shaad Ali and produced by Karan Johar and Mani Ratnam . It is a remake of Mani Ratnam’s Tamil film ‘O Kadhal Kanmani’ and the star cast of the Hindi version comprises of Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor.
