The story of the film revolves around a young couple who are from two different castes of the North Indian society, in the holy land of Mathura. They dare to love each other even though their respective communities will never allow the union between them. This makes the land of Krishan and Radha turn into a war zone, when the people from their community hear of their relationship. There is wide spread hatred and violence between the communities from then on and this just keeps escalating.
The people of Mathura are now awaiting a modern day Krishna, to come and rescue them from their ill-fated existence. They want the peace to be restored in their community by all means. The couple on the other hand want to be together but are helpless and are left with no choice but to evade the traditional norms and elope. The hate crimes in the small community is taking a toll on the youth who want to live life on their own terms.
The movie is directed by Manoj Tiwari and produced by Jogender Singh. The film is written by Vishal Vijay Kumar. The star cast includes Jimmy Shergill, Bhavesh Kumar, Kumud Mishra, Sanjay Mishra, Girish Kulkarni, Zakir Hussain and Akhilendra Mishra. The music is composed by Sanjiv-Ajay and Ripul Sharma. The cinematography is by D. Kannan and Devendra Tiwari.
