Raja is a small time burglar who one day take sthe help of his three close friends Choos, Inder and Bheema. Just when everything is going as per plan, things go wrong in a fraction of a second and Raja’s friends get arrested while he manages to escape. The friends feel cheated and blame him for setting them in a trap. One day when Babudada molests Raja’s girlfriend he beats him black and blue. Babudad does take the insult lying down and frames Raja for a murder. After release Raja looks for him but he is dead. He then meets a wealthy man named Vijay who dies in an accident and Raja takes his place in the huge haveli. The Haveli however comes with its own set of complications and problems.
The film is directed by Shibu Mitra and is produced by Juthika Mitra. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri and the story and screenplay is written by Ram Kelkar. The star cast includes Hemant Birje,Danny Denzongpa,Kimi Katkar,Chunkey Pandey,
Shakti Kapoor,Prem Chopra,Ranjeet,Raj Kiran,Tej Sapru,Sharat Saxena,Mac Mohan,Bob Christo,Mangal Dhillon, Sushma Seth and Kunika.
