Vinay lives with his brother Gunnu, wife Kavita and young daughter Pooja. They live a harmonious and happy life. Vinay is a chief engineer and looked up by his juniors. He would like his daughter Pooja to marry Deepak who is a kind hearted and responsible man working in his office. Deepak comes from a poor background living with his blind widowed mother, but that hasn’t changed Vinay decision about him. Turns out Deepak and Pooja are already in love and Vinay is unaware of it. One day things take a drastic turn when Shankar, who is an undercover CBI officer has evidence of Deepak taking bribes from Shaadilal. When Vinay comes to know of this he fires Deepak.
In a twist of fate, Shakar also has an arrest warrant for Vinay itself and that too for murder. The latter will have to do everything to prove his innocence before it is too late. The film is directed by K R Reddy and produced by Rambabu. The music is composed by Ravindra Jain and the story is written by Beesetty Lakshman Rao.
The star cast includes Dharamendra, Govinda, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Farha, Tanuja, Anupam Kher, Shakti Kapoor, Sadashiv Amrapurkar, Iftekhar, Tej Sapru, K K Reddy and Anita Raj.
