Mr. Shrivastav lives a wealthy lifestyle with his wife and son Shyam. Shyam is a talented painter. He wants his son to marry Renu, who is the daughter is his close friend. Luckily Renu and Shyam have already met and are in love. Just when the young couple is dreaming of spending their life together, things take a drastic turn. Mr. Shrivastav’s business takes a nose dive and they go through a lot of financial problems. The only saving grace is, if Shyam agree sot marry Menaka, who is the daughter of the richest man in the city. Shyam refuses as he is already in
love with Renu. His parents are furious and throw him out of the house. Meanwhile a woman named Meera who was in love with Shyam is murdered and the blame comes on him. He is sentenced to death. In a twist the woman is still alive and Shyam is released. When he goes to meet Renu, he comes to know that she has married Dr. Prakash and he now agrees to marry Meera. The film is directed by Ashok and produced by Manoj Kumar. The music is composed by Uttam and Jagdish. The star cast includes Rajeev Goswami, Veerendra Sharma,
