Ashwin, played by Dhruv Bhandari is from a lower middle class background. He and his family have always lived a very humble lifestyle, but Ashwin isn’t satisfied. He wants to make it big and earn lots of money by hook or by crook. He keeps thinking of ways he could become rich. He is studying engineering at a reputed college where he meets a girl named Bhoomika, played by Madalasa Sharma.
Ashwin and Bhoomika become great friends and after a while start falling in love with each other. Bhoomika meanwhile, comes across a strange chemical which she notices makes a person invisible. She reveals this discovery to Ashwin and his friends. Together they feel, this could be the magic to finally become rich and make their dreams come true. There on starts a comical journey of the group of friends and their adventures after they start becoming invisible and playing their many tricks on people. Their life seems invincible, until the police discover their secret and they go on mad chase.
