Prabhakar, played by Ashutosh Rana is a popular folk singer in his village in Allahbad. He is happy in his motherland and earns his living by hard work. His honesty and dedication to his work has gained him respect and trust among the people. Meanwhile in London there is concert organized by a group of NRI’s and they invite singers from India. This year the theme is folk singing. So Ragini, played by Shruti Ulfat, is a popular FM Rj and she is asked to look for a famous folk singer and invite him on their behalf. She meets many singers but isn’t convinced about anyone of them.
Ragini almost gives up and plans to return to London when she hears Prabhakar singing and is mesmerized by his voice. She then decides she has finally found the singer she is looking for and extends an invitation to Prabhakar. He refuses on the grounds that he doesn’t want to leave his motherland. But after certain events in his life happen and circumstances force him to go to London. In London Prabhakar meets Diya, played by Shama Sikander and falls in love with her. She now doesn’t want him to leave.
The movie is directed and produced by Kewal Krishna. The star cast includes Ashutosh Rana, Sayaji Shinde, Parikshit Sahni, Shama Sikandar, Shruti Ulfat, Rajpal Yadav, Chittaranjan Giri, Sameer Sharma and Usha Nadkarni. The music is composed by Sujeet.
