Geeta is a struggling actress working in a small time production. One day she is given a ride to her work place by the wealthy industrialist Sandeep Anand. She has no idea who he is but all her co-workers see her getting out of his care and are surprised. They all assume that she is his fiancé. From that time onwards her destiny completely changes. Journalists follow her everywhere she goes for stories and pictures, her production company makes her the lead actress and she is given a lot of respect. Later she is surprised when she learns who Sandeep really is. The film is directed and produced by Basu Chatterjee. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri. The cinematography is by Ajay Prabhakar.
