The story of Peddlers revolves around the underbelly of the drug racket in Mumbai. Innocent people who migrate into the city looking for employment often end up with the wrong means of making money. They get into the company of people who are involved in illegal activities. Such is the case of a young boy who gets into drug peddling, a young immigrant mother who is suffering from a fatal disease and a corrupt officer who takes advantage of such people’s weaknesses and fills his pockets.
The world of crime and addiction pulls the people into their dark shadows and it is very difficult for them to leave after that. Only death can save them or a miracle. The movie is directed by Vasan Bala and produced by Siddhanta Ashdhir. The star cast includes Mukesh Chhabra, Zachary Coffin, Gulshan Devaiah, Nishikant Kamat, Neeraj Ghaywan and Anubhuti Kashyap. The music is composed by Karan Kulkarni and the songs are sung by Shalmali Kholgade.
