Judge Verma has to pass a sentence against an accused named Yogi. Verma used to be his defence lawyer early in his career but now has to pass a harsh punishment for him. Yogi pleads guilty, but all the evidence is against him and thus Verma sentences him to seven long years in prison. Yogi swears to come out of jail and take revenge for his humiliation. Verma’s family consists of his wife, two sons and a daughter Tina. After 7 years Yogi is finally released from jail and as revenge abducts Tina. The family cannot inform the police to see their daughter alive. She begins to live with Yogi not knowing who her biological parents are. She then becomes part of the gang, following every order she is given.
The film is directed by Deepak Shivdasani and produced by A K Abdul and Jeevat A T. The music is composed by Anand Milind. The cinematography is by Thomas A Xavier. The star cast includes Sunil Shetty,Saif Ali Khan, Shilpa Shirodkar,Madhoo, Kiran Kumar,Raza Murad,Paintal,Brij Gopal, Mahavir Shah, Bhushan Jeevan, Siddharth and Beena Banerjee.
