Four friends who are up to no good are in desperate need ot get rich by easy means and plan a heist. They then track down a rich boy and kidnap him. They then ask for a hefty ransom in return for the boy. The four friends then get their amount but sadly the boy dies in a mishap which was not planned by the four men. Things get ugly at this point and the cops are now high on their trail. The men are tired of hiding from the police and at one point decide to surrender to the cops. However they go on about another heist but this time they aren’t so lucky and get caught.
The film is directed by Madhusudan Kalelkar and produced by Hiralal H Shah. The music is composed by Vishva Shankar. The star cast includes Nana Patekar, Mohan Gokhale, Kishore Jadhav, Pradeep Kumar, Jayant Malvankar, Bipin Warty, Usha Naik, Ashalata, Padma Khanna, Sumati Gupte and Bindu.
