Nageshwar is a notorious don who one day is called to a college to give away a prize to Ajay. He immediately recognizes him as his father and resents him. He is unhappy about his father’s choice of career and keeps away from it. He falls in love with a fellow collegian named Pooja and gets married to her. Meanwhile his father apologizes to his son and asks him to take over his empire as he is turning old. Things seem to be going good when some rival gangsters kidnap Ajay and Pooja’s new born baby and threaten to kill him if Nageshwar doesn’t surrender. However Ajay kills them and saves his baby and father.
The film is directed by Kukku Kholi and produced by Dinesh Patel. The music is composed by Nadeem Sharvan and story is written by Iqbal Durrani. The star cast includes Ajay Devgan, Madhu Raghunath, Amrish Puri,Jagdeep,Raza Murad,Suresh Chatwal,Arif Khan, Goga Kapoor, Satyen Kappu and Aruna Irani.
