Aarti Rathod is a tough businesswoman, who frequently has to travel for her work assignments. She comes to know that there is a piece of land that belongs to them and is occupied by a man named Suraj Arora. She thus decides to take matters in her own hands and travels to Kashmir to get the land back. Her nanny tells her that the Arora family was Aarti’s caretaker, before her dad acquired all the wealth, but due to certain unforeseen circumstances, they broke off relations with them. Once in Kashmir, Aarti can’t help but fall in love with Suraj. Soon she comes to know a shocking truth that her close friend Anu is also in love with him. This creates a lot of complications for both the women and Suraj. The film is directed by Devan Verma and produced by Shammi. The music is composed by Kalyanji Anandji. The star cast includes Shashi Kapoor, Rakhee Gulzar and Rati Agnihotri.
