Raju and Vikram are brothers who after the death of their parents take care of each other. Older brother Vikram always looks out for Raju and guides him. They make ends meet by working in a hotel of a generous man named Bhaiya Saab. One day a gangster named Hariya shoots Bhaiya Saab killing him on the spot when he was walking with Vikram. The cops assume that Vikram is the killer. He then takes Raju and goes to the railway station. When he leaves Raju for a few minutes, he is caught by inspector Joshi. Raju is left all alone at the plat form and thinks his brother abandoned him. Hariya then takes Raju under his wings and turns him into a notorious criminal.
Years later the brothers meet but Raju still has a grudge on Vikram that he abandoned him on the platform. Soon the brothers realize all the lies and deceit dons Shetty and Hariya have put them through and join forces to eliminate them.
The film is directed by Deepak Pawar and produced by Mukesh Duggal. The star cast includes Ajay Devgn, Priya Arora, Prithvi,Kiran Kumar,Paresh Rawal,Arun Bakshi,Surendra Pal,Mohnish Bahl, Nandini Singh and Anjana Mumtaz.
