The story of the movie revolves around 2 girls Maya and Tara, who were born during the 16th century. Tara is the princess, while Maya is her servant. They both grow close to each other and become good friends. The girls share each other’s secrets with each other and know their strengths and weaknesses well. Soon the girls grow up to be beautiful women. While Tara is propositioned to marry Prince Raj Singh, Maya’s fate holds something else. She is forced to be an inferior servant.
Maya is angry and complaints but Tara reminds her of her low status in society. Feeling humiliated and betrayed by her own friend, Maya decides to take revenge on Tara and sleeps with Raj. Tara’s brother watches the entire act of sexual intercourse between Maya and Raj. This enrages him as he had loved Maya and wanted her to be his.
