Deepak is in love with Leela and the two soon get married in a traditional ceremony in their village. Life seems to be good for the newly married couple, but Deepak decides to broaden his potential of securing a better paying job and thus goes to the city to educate himself. After a few days, news of a family member’s death reaches him and he rushes back home. On arriving, Deepak in shocked to learn that his wife Leela has been ordained the Goddess of the village. All his attempts to find out the truth and meet his wife are foiled. He later learns the real reason people think Leela is the reincarnation of the Hindu Goddess. He then helps Leela escape from the temple with him.
Soon she is captured back by the village authorities. This time Deepak is frustrated and kidnaps the village priest Nimi and demands Leela’s release. Things get more complicated when a police report is made against Deepak and shoot on sight orders are given for him. He will have to carry out his task soon before things get more ugly. The movie is directed and produced by Raaja Bundela. The music is composed by Amod Bhatt and Pallav Pandya. The cinematography is by K U Mohanan and choreography is by Bhushan Lakhandari.
