Vishwanath is brought up in a poor home where he lives with his father Vasu, mother Kamlakshi and her sister Shankari. There is inevitable attraction between Vasu and Shankari since she lives with them. They even end up getting intimate several times. Kamlakshi knows about this but is not happy and silently condemns. One day when Vasu comes to know that Shankari is getting intimate with another man named Pelli, he
is furious and a small argument turns into a violent fight where Kamlakshi and him get axed to death. Vishwanath runs off to the city. Meanwhile Shankari becomes a prostitute and then runs a brothel. Meanwhile Pelli gets intimate with another woman and leaves her for three years after promising to marry her. She then gives birth to a daughter named Amini and commits suicide. Pelli returns and on hearing the news, takes Amini with him. Vishwanath has now grown up and comes to avenge his parent’s murder. The film is directed by I V Sasi and produced
by Kailash Saraogi. The music is composed by Ravindra Jain. The star cast includes Soman, Jaya Bharathi, Madhu, Sharda, Bahadur, Ummar and Vidubala.
