Jai Kumar is a rich business tycoon and lives with his wife, and daughter Sapna. They have all the luxuries and live in a huge mansion. Jai wants Sapna to get married to someone of their status and wealth, and thus wants her to marry Vishal, the son of his business partner. Sapna however has plans of her own. She has fallen in love with a musician named Suraj and wants to only marry him. He is the son of an Army captain Veer Bahadur Singh. Sapna brings Suraj to her house and introduces him to her dad. Her dad is however extremely rude to Suraj and dislikes him for wooing his only daughter.
Jai tries to hide his dislike of Suraj from Sapna. He then hatches a plan with Vishal to separate the two lovers so that they can never be united. But true love wins all and the lovers find their own way. The movie is directed and produced by Feroz Khan. The music is composed by Anu Malik and the lyrics are written by M G Hashmat and Rahat Indori. The star cast includes Fardeen Khan, Meghna Kothari, SameerMalhotra, Sanjay Bhatia, Anupam Kher, Raj Babbar, Dinesh Hingoo, Kamal Chopra, Satish Shah, Shama Gesawant, Beena Banerjee, Smita Jaykar.
