Prem, played by Arbaaz Khan is a dedicated husband to his beautiful wife Sheetal, played by Tara Sharma. Their seven year old marriage has given them lots of happiness, joy and a lovely little daughter who they both love immensely. Their life revolves around their daughter and everything is blissful until one day fate changes everything.
Prem and Sheetal get a new next-door neighbor. Her name is Twinkle and she is a young model. Not only is she youthful and pretty, she is also very charming and friendly to everyone she meets. Thus, she befriends her new neighbors as well. Prem instantly takes a liking to her and is attracted by her beauty. This makes Sheetal very insecure and annoyed. It is the time to test their love for each other and save their seven year old marriage under any cost.
