Lally Sarkaria, played by Kuljinder Sidhu, is the ruler of Amritsar, a sacred city in Punjab, India. Punjab Singh (Gurjind Maan) arrives to this city to make a living, but an incident changes his life forever, and he becomes a criminal as well, but with a mission to eliminate Lally Sarkaria and his political nexus. Arjun Singh, a childhood buddy who is now a cop, tries to dissuade him from taking the law into his own hands.
