Ravi Kumar is an orphan and lives with his uncle in Pune. He wants to be a successful singer and thus moves to the city of dreams Mumbai to get a job. There he auditions for the All India Talent Association with the help of his uncle’s friend Sampat. He then lands a job with the association and his uncle tries finding him an accommodation. One lady named Lilavati will rent her rooms only to married couples. So Ravi tells the lady that he is married and his wife will be arriving shortly. However when she asks for a photo, he randomly picks a picture from a studio and shows it to her. Things get very complicated when the same woman from the picture shows up and says that she is Ravi’s wife.
The film is directed by Rajendra Babu and is produced by D Rajendra Babu. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri. The screenplay is written by D Rajendra Babu. The star cast includes Govinda, Mandakini, Aruna Irani, Kader Khan and Amrish Puri.
