Vishal is a brilliant student who lives a poor lifestyle. On the way to a short trip with his friends to a hill station, Vishal meets and falls in love with a wealthy and spoilt girl name Sapna. Initially having disliked each other, they are now head over heels in love and decide to marry. However Vishal is poor and promises to marry Sapna when he is capable enough to take care of her. Soon he completes his education and gets a decent job in a big company. One day he calls up Sapna and tells her that soon they will be together.
Meanwhile Sapna invites Vishal to her birthday party. On arriving, he is shocked to find that Sapna is the daughter of non other than his own boss. His boss will never let his only daughter marry one of his ordinary and middle class employees. The film is directed by Girish Manukant and produced by Raojibhai Patel. The music is composed by Shiraj Dhanak and the cinematography is by Rajesh Joshi. The star cast includes Rakesh Wadhwan, Komal Mahuvakar, Anjana, Prakash Talreja, Chandrkant Pandya, Amrish Puri, Ranjeet Raj and Anjali Sen.
