Ajay and Reema are deeply in love with each other. Their world begins and ends with them. However Ajay doesn’t have the means to provide Reema with all that she needs and thus he feels stifled. Thus seeing no other choice of giving Reema the luxuries and comforts, Ajay makes the tough decision of selling his body to a wealthy woman called Monika. They get intimate several times and Monika realizes that she is pregnant. A worried and stressed Ajay takes Monika to the hospital for an abortion. On the way he meets one of his college friend Vishal who is unfortunately diagnosed with terminal cancer.
One day Monika catches Ajay with Reema in a hotel room and is shocked. However when Ajay is watching TV he happens to see a man who is sentenced to death for committing five murders. The man’s face is similar to his friend Vishal. Ajay feeling sorry for Vishal promises to take care of his wife and children after he is gone.
The movie is directed by Bhavani and produced by Beer Singh. The music is composed by Ghulam Ali and the cinematography is by Tapan Basu. The star cast includes Sohail Khan, Paresh Rawal, Kirti Shetty, Urvashi, Shakti Kapoor and Firoz.
